OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian national team drew in a friendly match with the Tajik team (0:0) in Dushanbe. The Russian team performed in an experimental composition. Head coach Valery Karpin gave several players a chance to make their debut for the national team.

18-year-old Krylia Sovetov midfielder Sergei Pinyaev became the youngest football player in the history of the Russian national team.

During the match, Rostov goalkeeper Sergey Pesyakov was injured. He was forced to leave the field a few minutes after coming on as a substitute.

On November 20, the Russian national team will host a friendly match against the national team of Uzbekistan.
