OREANDA-NEWS. Haze from forest fires in the Krasnoyarsk Territory reached Mongolia.  Smog even got to the capital Ulan Bator.  In Mongolia, anxiously watching developments.

 According to the representative of the fire department of the Mongolian National Emergency Management Agency Purevzhava Soronzonbold, smoke was noticed on July 29 in the northern part of the country, and the next day, in the evening, enveloped the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar.  “We are closely following the situation with strong forest fires in Siberia,” said Soronzonbold.

 At the same time, Purevzhav Soronzsonbold noted that fires had not yet spread to Mongolian territory.

 Currently, due to forest fires, an emergency situation has been introduced throughout the Irkutsk Region, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in two districts of Buryatia, in one district of Yakutia.
