The first in the short program was Anna Shcherbakova with a score of 81.07 points. The second place belongs to Elizaveta Tuktamysheva (80.35 points), the third is the Japanese woman Kaori Sakamoto (77.78).
Russian figure skater Anna Shcherbakova said that she decided to take a calmer than usual about her performance in the short program at the World Team Championships in Osaka, Japan. "Since this is the last competition, I decided to take it easy, without nagging myself. Usually you think that you can improve for the next rentals, but this time I wanted to move away from it. I'm happy with how the short program went. There are some moments, but I see no reason to find fault with myself, "Shcherbakova told reporters.
Earlier, the Russians Victoria Sinitsina and Nikita Katsalapov won the rhythm dance. As a result, after two types of the program, the Russian national team has 35 points, the Japanese team is on the second line with 27 points, and the top three are closed by Americans, who have 25 points.
Later, the short program will be presented by men.
The World Team Trophy prize pool is one million dollars.
