Paris Saint-Germain is the most titled club in France. It became the champion of the country 9 times, won the Coupe de France 13 times and the Coupe de la Ligue 9 times.

The second finalist of the Champions League will be determined on August 19 in the match between Olimpique Lyonnaise and Bayern Munich.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the format for the remainder of the Champions League season of 2019–2020 has been changed: from the quarter-finals stage, all stages take place in the Portugal capital Lisbon and consist of one match instead of traditional two. The final of the tournament will be held on 23 August.
