Olympic Champion Tikhonov about Be's Words to Loginov: Norwegians Often Show Their Dishonesty
OREANDA-NEWS. Four-time Olympic champion in biathlon Alexander Tikhonov commented on the words of the Norwegian Tarja Be, who called the Russian Alexander Loginov a fraud, reports Sport24.
Recall that Be wrote in his autobiography that he was unhappy with Loginov's victory in the sprint at the 2020 World Cup due to the fact that the Russian had previously served a suspension for doping.
“You first sort it out in your garden with your exceptions, then discuss us. Hamie, what else to say. They very often show their dishonesty and boorish character, "Tikhonov said.
Two-time Olympic biathlon champion Dmitry Vasiliev also reacted to the words of the Norwegian Tarja Be, who called the Russian Alexander Loginov a fraud. “Losers should always have dark eyes. First, have this whole Norwegian team deal with their asthma. Loginov is clean before the law. And let the Norwegians continue crying under the covers, ”Vasiliev said.
Before the start of last season, Loginov trained under the guidance of personal trainer Alexander Kasperovich. In the ended World Cup season, Loginov won the mixed relay in Oberhof, Germany and won the individual race in Antholz. As part of the Russian national team, he took silver and two bronze medals in the relay.
Loginov is the 2020 world champion in the sprint, a silver and four-time bronze medalist at the World Championships.
