Manchester United representatives are aware of the detention of the captain of the team. “The club is aware of an alleged incident involving Harry Maguire in Mykonos last night. Contact has been made with Harry, and he is fully co-operating with the Greek authorities. At this time we will be making no further comment,” the club’s message reads.

According to Proto Thema, the footballer came into conflict with British tourists near the bar, after which he refused to obey the police and was taken to the police station for disobedience.

It is known that Maguire spends his vacation in Greece with his girlfriend. Manchester United players Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard are also there.
