According to the regional forestry dispatch services, over the past day, August 4, 32 forest fires in an area of ​​10,838 hectares were eliminated in Russia, the statement said.

As specified, to date, Russian experts are actively fighting 171 fires raging in an area of ​​126 thousand 549 hectares.

Earlier, Life wrote that the aviation of the Ministry of Defense has extinguished more than 750 thousand hectares of forest in Siberia.

Recall that at the moment the emergency mode operates in four regions: the Irkutsk region, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Yakutia and one district of Buryatia.
