OREANDA-NEWS  Yandex plans to allocate the main part of the business into a separate group of companies under management management. This is stated in the company's message. Such changes will ensure the sustainable development of the IT corporation's businesses in all markets.

Yandex will retain its brand and continue to develop as a private independent company. At the same time, the Dutch Yandex N.V. plans to eventually withdraw from the group's shareholders and change its name. It is noted that drones and Yandex cloud services will continue to operate in Russia, their international parts will be allocated to a separate business.
