OREANDA-NEWS  VTB Bank has launched international money transfers with the possibility of issuing money in cash without opening a bank account.

This was told to RBC by Alexey Khranilov, Head of the Transfers Department of the VTB Transactional Retail Business Department.

Usually, such a model of cross-border transactions is used by the money transfer systems "Golden Crown", "Unistream", Contact and the like.

Previously, Western Union also worked on it, the publication notes.
