At the same time, users who do not have the application installed on their smartphones can install it from the official website of the organization. This was reported by the press service of the bank.

“Due to the imposed sanctions, the SberBank Online mobile app on the Android platform is not available for download and updates in the Google Play store. The previously installed application works, there are no restrictions on its use, ”the publication says.

In addition, for banking transactions, you can use the web version of SberBank Online, which is adapted for use on mobile devices.

A day earlier, the app disappeared from the App Store.

The SberBank Online mobile app on the iOS platform is not available for download and update in the App Store due to the sanctions imposed on the company. This was reported in the Telegram channel of Sberbank.

The company emphasized that all previously installed applications are valid, there are no restrictions on their use, and there is no need to remove them.

Sberbank also reminded that transactions can be carried out using the web version of SberBank Online, which is adapted for mobile devices.

Earlier, Sberbank suspended transfers abroad in foreign currency due to the entry into force of sanctions restrictions on foreign exchange transactions with correspondent accounts in foreign banks.
