OREANDA-NEWS  58.6 billion rubles have been transferred to the salaries of medical workers in the Russian regions. This was announced by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko.

Earlier it became known about the government's decision to send about 59 billion rubles to the Russian regions as additional assistance to increase salaries for medical workers. Such a tranche was announced back in October 2022 by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

Now Murashko confirmed that the documents on the allocation of additional funds have already been signed. We are talking about the amount of 58.6 billion rubles. All funds have already been sent to the regions, the head of the Ministry of Health noted. In accordance with the decree of the head of state, the salaries of paramedics and nurses cannot be lower than the average salary in the region, and the salaries of doctors exceed it twice.
