OREANDA-NEWS The main owner of the company "Hey Kay Rush", which manages 96 restaurants under the KFC brand in Russia, became the closed mutual investment fund (ZPIF) "My First", follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

According to the document, since November 26, 81% of the company "Hey Kay Rush", one of the largest franchisees of the KFC fast food restaurant chain that left Russia, has become owned by the ZPIF "My First". Another 8.9% belongs to the ZPIF "Synthesis". The remaining part remained with Sberbank Investments, which has owned a stake in H.K. Rush since 2019.

In turn, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the management company of ZPIF "My First" is listed as Rus Management, 90% of which belongs to Sergey Frolov. Olga Rodionova owns the remaining share. ZPIF "Synthesis" is managed by "Gamma Group".

According to the data on the Hey Kay Rush website, the company is one of the three largest partners of the KFC brand in Russia, and today 96 restaurants have been opened in different regions of the Russian Federation.
