OREANDA-NEWS  Olivier salad will cost the cheapest in Omsk, and the most expensive in Chelyabinsk and Kazan. This is evidenced by the results of a study of the Edadeal service (available from Lenta.<url>"), whose analysts calculated the cost of a dish in major Russian cities.

The average prices of ingredients for making classic olivier were taken into account, taking into account the discounts provided in each city: boiled sausage, eggs, potatoes, mayonnaise, pickles, carrots, green peas and herbs.

The most expensive salad was found in Chelyabinsk: cooking one serving of the dish here will cost 50.27 rubles. Kazan and Moscow were also in the top three, where Olivier will cost 49.77 and 49.5 rubles, respectively. At the same time, St. Petersburg was placed on the tenth line: analysts estimated the cost of the salad at 43.9 rubles.

Omsk was considered one of the most affordable cities for salad preparation: there, the ingredients for one serving of salad can be purchased for only 39.89 rubles. It is also profitable to cook olivier in Krasnodar and Volgograd — for 40.5 rubles and 40.86 rubles, respectively.

Earlier in Russia, the dumpling index was calculated. The most affordable portion of a dish for a family of four will cost 389 rubles, Edadeal analysts have learned. According to their data, you can buy products for this price in Samara. The most expensive homemade dumplings were found in the Tyumen region — 1,177 rubles per serving for the whole family.
