The Number of People Willing to Sell Their Business Has Increased in Russia
OREANDA-NEWS The number of ads for the sale of business grew by more than a quarter (27%) over the year, Avito experts estimate.
Amid rising supply, business prices have fallen in virtually all market segments and in most regions of the country, RBC reports citing a study.
The cost of the finished business offered for sale at Avito has decreased by 8% - now the average price of the turnkey company is 3 million rubles. Even the fact that in some large cities a ready-made business rose in price (in Voronezh - by 37%, in Tolyatti - by 35%, in Kazan - by 32%) could not compensate for the general decline in prices.
At the same time, in a number of regions the fall in prices turned out to be several times stronger than the average Russian. Thus, in St. Petersburg and Tyumen, the price of ready-made business fell by 25%, in Saratov - by 24%, in Yekaterinburg and Ulyanovsk - by 23%.
Demand for the purchase of a business, despite the decline in prices, grew only by 6%.
