OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Ministry of Finance proposes to maintain the current level of taxation of income on deposits, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said. 

"We propose to maintain the level of personal income tax on income in the form of interest on deposits," Siluanov said.
He noted that the measure has a social aspect, so as not to affect most of the citizens who keep their savings in banks.
