OREANDA-NEWS The highest—paid workers in Russia by the end of 2023 were truckers and drillers - they can receive up to 260 thousand per month. The top also includes adjusters and millers. According to the results of the study, Avito Work specialists came to such conclusions.

As the researchers found out, on average, employers offer truckers a salary of about 138 thousand rubles per month. A little less for drillers — about 123 thousand.

"The highest paid specialist in 2023 was a trucker. On average, in December, employers offer a salary of 138,108 rubles for this vacancy, which is 23 percent more than in January of this year. In the Rostov region, a dynamically developing company is ready to pay an experienced trucker 166 000 - 260 000 rubles per month," said Avito Rabota.

The average salaries of drillers, according to analysts, increased even more — by 46 percent to 122,984 rubles. In the Moscow region, a specialist with three years of experience is ready to pay up to 250 thousand per month,

"The average proposed salary of an adjuster increased by 48 percent and reached 114,328 rubles. In Chelyabinsk, they are ready to pay an experienced specialist 150 000 - 250 000 rubles," the study says. — Millers began to be offered an average salary 38 percent higher than in January of this year. The researchers also found that the average estimated salaries, according to analysts, increased by 9 percent across the country, reaching 64 thousand.
