OREANDA-NEWS. The Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexey Moiseyev reported that the government commission approved the bill on liberalization of the CMTPL. The Cabinet of Ministers will consider this document at a meeting on July 4.

As noted in the ministry, now in the law there is no opportunity to distinguish drivers who drive accurately from those which drive badly and violate rules.

In that project which is considered insurance companies have the right to raise tariffs CMTPL that who often breaks.

Moreover, increase in the amount of compensations on insurance in case of harm of life and to health as a result of road accident to 2 million rubles from present 500 thousand rubles is supposed.

Moiseyev emphasized that proposed measures will lead to increase in the competition and reduction of tariffs for conscientious drivers.
