The court fined Yuri Dudya 40 thousand rubles for the lack of labeling of a foreign agent

OREANDA-NEWS The Tagansky court of Moscow imposed a fine of 40 thousand rubles to journalist Yuri Dudu (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) for distributing materials without marking a foreign agent, the court's press service told Interfax on Thursday.

The journalist was found guilty of distributing materials from a foreign agent without appropriate labeling (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

Dud was entered into the register of foreign agents in April 2022.
