OREANDA-NEWS The Moscow Magistrate's Court fined Telegram messenger 4 million rubles for non-compliance with Roskomnadzor's order. This is reported by TASS.

The company was found guilty of violating Article 19.7.10-4 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

It is reported that the messenger did not comply with the instructions of the "federal executive authority exercising functions of control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technology and communications."
