OREANDA-NEWS  The total cost of the project to create an all-season resort "St. Petersburg Marina" will be about 250 billion rubles, the press service of the administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg reported.

It is reported that a meeting of the subcommittee on the implementation of tourism investment projects of federal importance of the government Commission for the development of tourism in the Russian Federation was held, which was conducted by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko. The meeting was held in a videoconference format. The participants presented the results of the work on the implementation of the project to create federal year-round resorts "Five Seas and Lake Baikal" in 2024.

Following the meeting of the subcommittee, the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, noted that after making changes to the rules of land use, St. Petersburg will approve the documentation on the planning of the tourist territory of the St. Petersburg Marina resort. He recalled that the all-season resort "St. Petersburg Marina" is being created as part of the instructions of the President of Russia.

"We are currently engaged in an active dialogue with colleagues from relevant ministries on the implementation of this important project for the whole country. We have developed documentation on the planning of the tourist area within the boundaries of the project," said Beglov, whose words are quoted in the message.
