Sberbank stressed that the test is performed only with the consent of the candidate and in its course analyzes the data from reliable and official sources, as well as human behavior in social networks. According to the Bank, entrepreneurs are provided with information about the validity of the passport or temporary identity of the candidates about their legal problems, fines, debts with a wide range of data in order to objectively assess prospects for a possible business relationship.

Sberbank has launched a new service to check potential employees for those companies in which the state no experts on HR and security services. The service will take the check data from social networks and official sources.
