The corresponding order was published on Thursday on the portal of the government of the Russian Federation.

"Approve the enclosed distribution in 2019, subsidies from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and the budget of the city of Baikonur on financial provision of rendering to separate categories of citizens of social service in providing with medicinal preparations for medical application according to prescriptions on medicinal preparations, medical products according to prescriptions on medical products, and also specialized products of medical nutrition for children with disabilities", - stated in the message.

Earlier, Dmitry Medvedev reported that subventions for medicines for beneficiaries in 2019 will be indexed and will exceed the amount of 31 billion rubles. According to Medvedev, about 3 million people receive such social assistance in Russia.
