OREANDA-NEWS  Russia will continue to provide humanitarian and food aid to Burkina Faso both bilaterally and through the UN, the Russian government said.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak met with Prime Minister of Burkina Faso Apollinaire Joachim Kjelem de Tambela. They discussed a number of issues of trade and economic cooperation.

"Russia will continue to provide humanitarian and food aid to Burkina Faso both bilaterally and through the UN. We are talking about the supply of grain, as well as medicines and equipment to help with epidemics," the message says.
