OREANDA-NEWS  Since the beginning of this year, employees of the Main Interregional Directorate (GMU) of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSPP) have converted 464 objects of movable and immovable property seized from convicted of corruption crimes and 2.2 billion securities into Russian revenue. In an interview with TASS on the Day of the bailiff, the director of the Federal Migration Service Dmitry Aristov told about this.

The Department, established two years ago, specializes in collecting state revenue. In addition to corruption cases, it conducts enforcement proceedings, where State bodies and institutions appear as defendants.

In the first nine months of the year, there were more than a million such cases in the structural divisions of the department. GMU has collected more than 251 billion rubles, which includes 116 billion tax payments.

Most cases where the debtors are regional authorities relate to socially significant claims. This includes, among other things, the provision of housing for orphaned children, the provision of medicines and medical products and the elimination of landfills.

Earlier it was reported that the main directorate of the FSSP in the Perm Territory achieved the demolition of a private house, which, in accordance with the court decision, had to be destroyed by its owner. After that, the defendant was obliged to pay a penalty and reimburse the costs incurred by the claimant.
