OREANDA-NEWS Russia can attract investments to African and Asian countries if several conditions are met. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the correspondent of "Lenta" from the plenary hall.

In order for investments to pay off, it is necessary to have tools that guarantee the return on such investments, the head of state explained. They can be based on the quality of investment projects, he said. The Russian leader called the stability of political regimes another important aspect: if it is observed, it is possible to develop a special settlement system that will not be affected by inflation.

Earlier, Putin outlined the problem limiting economic growth in the country. We are talking about a shortage of workers, he explained, pointing to the need to attract migrant workers. At the same time, there is no meaningful migration policy in the country, and work needs to be done on its creation, the president stressed.
