Prices for fruits and vegetables have halved in Russia

"Pay attention to those fruits and vegetables that also grow here, but ripen later than they begin to be imported from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Previously, their prices were "cosmos", and now they are declining," the expert explained.
The cold reminded that cherries in May cost about 1000 rubles. Now you can buy it for 400-500 rubles. The situation is similar with the prices of apricots, peaches and nectarines.
The specialist added that nectarines of the new crop have fallen in price from 800-900 rubles to 250-300 per kilogram. When the domestic harvest goes to store shelves en masse, the price reduction will be even stronger, Kholod summed up.
Earlier, a nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences Marina Makisha said that you can eat about 300-400 grams of cherries per day.
The specialist pointed out that cherries contain sugars and 100 grams of this product contain 10 grams of carbohydrates. According to her, it is important to remember this for people with diabetes and insulin resistance.
