As at 15:00 Moscow time the value of the US dollar was 79.3850 rubles, сhanging by −1.9475 rubles in comparison to the previous day's closing rate (81.3325).

Meanwhile, the exchange rate of the Euro was 87.1075 rubles. The variation in relation to the closing rate of the previous day was −2.6125 rubles (89.7200).
