As at 15:00 Moscow time the value of the US dollar was 89.6075 rubles, сhanging by −0.4050 rubles in comparison to the previous day's closing rate (90.0125).

On the other hand, the value of the Euro was 97.8450 rubles. The change compared to the previous day's closing rate was +0.7925 rubles (97.0525).
