As at 10:59 Moscow time the value of the US dollar was 89.0350 rubles, сhanging by −0.3125 rubles in comparison to the previous day's closing rate (89.3475).

On the other hand, the value of the Euro was 95.8225 rubles. The variation in relation to the closing rate of the previous day was −0.7500 rubles (96.5725).
