It is known that the national record for the cost of a single-family home belongs to the richest man on the planet Jeff Bezos - in 2020, he paid 165 million dollars (12.2 billion rubles) for real estate in Los Angeles. Either way, the deal with Trump's former estate will break all records in the area. The buyer entered into a contract within 24 hours after the residence was put up for sale.

The area of the house for sale is almost two thousand square meters. It accommodates nine bedrooms with panoramic windows, a beauty salon, a games room and a wine cellar. On the territory of 80 acres there is an outdoor cinema and a pool with sun loungers on the ocean.

Trump bought the site in 2004, when it was put up for auction due to the owner's bankruptcy. Two years later, he sold the property to Rybolovlev, who paid a record $ 95 million for the land for the district at the time. However, the billionaire never lived there and subsequently sold it to developer Mark Poult in 2019 - he built a luxurious mansion.
