Kozlovsky sued 682 million rubles from an online cinema

OREANDA-NEWS Russian actor and director Danila Kozlovsky sued the streaming service Start for compensation in the amount of 682 million rubles for the series "Karamora". This is reported by StarHit with reference to the agreement of the parties.
According to the document, the online cinema will pay the director of the film 682.5 million debt instead of 860 million - the remaining 177.5 million plaintiffs agreed to "forgive" for the return of all rights to "Karamora" to the creators.
It is specified that 300 million should be credited to the account of Kozlovsky's company "DC Entertainment" by the end of 2022, and the remaining 382.5 streaming will repay monthly payments in the amount of 31 million 870 thousand.
It is known that the painting about pre-revolutionary Russia of the XX century cost the platform 957.5 million rubles. This amount of Start was to be gradually paid by DC Entertainment. However, in March, the cinema did not make the planned monetary deduction in the amount of 125 million rubles, after which the actor filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Moscow. The process lasted more than six months, during which time the platform's debt grew to 860 million.
