OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Tax Service intends to exclude from the list of the offshores which are not cooperating with the Russian department in the sphere of exchange of information about taxation, Panama and San Marino since 2020 follows from the draft of the order of the department published on the portal of drafts of legal regulations.

Thus, the updated draft of the order provides inclusion in the list of 99 states and 20 territories which are not providing exchange of information for taxation in the Russian Federation.

FTS will update the list of the jurisdictions which declared determination to exchange financial information with the Russian Federation in the automatic mode.
