So, in September, they decreased by 2.5% (to $27.2 billion). Сitizens' funds on current accounts have decreased. They were 1.4% lower and reached $15 billion. This figure was the lowest in six years. The total amount of foreign currency funds of Russians in banks in early autumn decreased by 2.1% and amounted to $ 42.2 billion.
