"In total, during the year, only 13 of the 110 participants in the Forbes list had their fortunes reduced. All together, they lost $8.5 billion. Pavel Durov became the most impoverished — his fortune decreased by $ 3.6 billion," the article says.

The publication added that Durov's fortune in 2023 is estimated at $ 11.5 billion. From the third place, which the entrepreneur and programmer occupied in the Forbes rating last year, he moved to the tenth line.
