The publication was placed on the first line by the Helena and Gennady Timchenko Foundation, which helps children and the elderly, as well as donates to the development of sports and culture. His budget (in each case, the magazine was based on expenses in 2017), the magazine estimated at 845 million rubles. The Vladimir Potanin Foundation follows next - it operates in the fields of education and culture. Forbes calls it one of the first and most stable. Budget - 637 million rubles. On the third line is the Art, Science and Sport Foundation with a budget of 1.4 billion rubles, which mainly implements Alisher Usmanov’s “personal philanthropic projects.”
On the fourth line, Forbes placed the Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation (budget - 320 million rubles, the final score - 71.12), which initially worked only in Norilsk. Since 2013, he has been led by businessman’s niece, Irina Prokhorova. The top five are closed by the Safmar Foundation, donated by Mikhail Gutseriev (the budget is 1.9 billion rubles, the total score is 70.9). Performances were staged with the fund's money in a children's theater, cars were bought for rural hospitals in Udmurtia, books for children with visual impairments were published.
Commenting on the new rating, Forbes editorial director Nikolai Uskov notes that the magazine took into account the activity of the funds when compiling the rating, although it happens that entrepreneurs donate money to specific projects.
