OREANDA-NEWS The record for the scale of financial violations is the state Corporation "Roscosmos", said the head of the Accounting Chamber Alexei Kudrin on the TV channel "Russia-1".

According to him, there were all sorts of misconduct in "Roscomos", including wasteful spending. Among others, he mentioned the improper conduct of procurement procedures, as well as the overstatement of prices, which he called "space".

In addition, he pointed out that a lot of money is dead on unfinished objects or objects that are just idle. The funds in the accounts are not used for months, he added. Kudrin said that several billion rubles, in fact, were stolen.

In turn, the Corporation stated that it was studying claims related to financial violations. "The audit continues, the necessary conclusions will be drawn and organizational actions will be carried out," said in Roscosmos.

The data of the Accounts Chamber on financial violations relate to the audit of 2017. Roscosmos added that the results of the new administration of the State Corporation for the second half of 2018 will be published at the end of this year.

Also, the head of the Accounts Chamber pointed to financial violations in a number of other institutions. In particular, he spoke about the map of Russian science created by the order of the Ministry of education and science with an estimate of 450 million rubles.

Development, according to this information, had to include facts about all scientists, works, scientific achievements.

"For several years, the map was developed, as a result, it turned out that it does not work, the data is not loaded, and after two or three months of this problem, it ceased to exist," Kudrin said.

The results on the number of financial violations in Russia this year have not been summed up. At the same time, in 2017, violations in the financial sector were revealed for 1.8 trillion rubles.

Kudrin reported that he had received a sentence of 130 officials — they are paid to the budget penalties in the amount of 20 million rubles. At the same time, some of the civil servants who committed violations were fired.
