OREANDA-NEWS The highest salary is claimed by young Russians who are employed in the field of information technology.

A third of them believe that their education and skill level allow them to rely on 50-60 thousand rubles a month. 20 percent of specialists from this field would like to receive 40-50 thousand, another quarter hopes for 30-40 thousand.

25 percent of young law enforcement officers consider a monthly salary of 50–60 thousand rubles to be acceptable. As many specialists from this field are ready to work for 30–40 thousand.

Employed in the field of finance, consulting and advertising most often expect to receive from 30 to 40 thousand rubles per month. Another 15 percent agree on 20-30 thousand.

The most modest salary expectations are observed in young people who work in science, education, culture and health care. Almost half of them count on 20-30 thousand rubles a month. 10 percent said they would like to receive 40-50 thousand.

The survey involved more than two thousand residents of large cities.
