OREANDA-NEWS  In the past year, the average bill for entertainment events in Russia increased by 25 percent, to 3.7 thousand rubles. The largest expenses were recorded in Moscow and St. Petersburg. This is reported by Kommersant with reference to the Yandex Afisha press release.

The largest increase was shown by tickets to exhibitions — plus 31 percent, up to 1.45 thousand rubles. Next are movie tickets (plus 22 percent, 894 rubles) and theater tickets (plus 18 percent, up to 4,1 thousand).

Sports events rose less in price (up 17 percent, to 1,700) and concerts (up 11 percent, to 4,9 thousand). At the same time, stand-up tickets, on the contrary, fell in price by 14 percent, to 4,1 thousand.

Earlier it was reported that in 2024, the number of visitors to gambling zones in Russia increased by more than a third, to 1.2 million people. The strongest increase (plus 124.5 percent) was recorded in the Siberian Coin gambling zone in Altai. There were 159.7 thousand visitors.
