Against the background of the crisis, it increased by 5.8 times and became a record since at least 1999. As follows from the reports of previous years, before that, the maximum financial result of Deutsche Bank was recorded in the crisis of 2009 — 3.4 billion rubles.

After the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, Deutsche Bank, like many large foreign banks, announced its intention to completely wind down its business in Russia: the group stressed that it had started this process back in 2014, but planned to intensify it.
