The credit institution has suspended settlements with Moscow, regardless of the payment system. Operations have been terminated both in the case of SWIFT and with the Russian SPFS, as well as with the Chinese CNPC.

"Even if the movement of money through national systems is not visible to Americans or Europeans, all this is clearly reflected in the reports that Western counterparties may require from the bank," said one of the informants.
