OREANDA-NEWS. Vladimir Lisin, the main owner of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine, number two on the Forbes list, turned out to be the largest payer of income tax in Russia from the profits of a foreign company controlled by him - the Cyprus Fletcher Group Holdings. Lisin pays tax in Lipetsk, where it's registered.

“The amount of personal income tax from the profits of the enterprise transferred to the consolidated budget of the Lipetsk region in 2017-2019 is more than 1 billion rubles per year on average and corresponds to personal income tax payments from the profits of the main shareholder of Fletcher Group Holdings”, said the source of the Russian media.

Lisin pays personal income tax in Lipetsk not only from the profit of the Fletcher Group, a media source emphasizes. “The information on the personal income tax amounts transferred to the budget of the Lipetsk region from the profits of the enterprise is incomplete, since the personal income tax is paid not only from the profits of the enterprise, but also from other personal incomes”, he indicates.
