HMS Group has repurchased 16,187 of its GDRs
OREANDA-NEWS. HMS Group (LSE: HMSG) announces today that it has repurchased 16,187 of its global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) representing 0.07 percent of the Company’s issued share capital during the period from October 3, 2016 up to and including October 7, 2016.
These purchases were made by the Company’s broker, Renaissance Capital, and are a part of HMS Group’s buy-back programme. Since the commencement of the programme, the Company has repurchased 865,869 GDRs in total (representing 3.70 percent of its issued share capital).
