OREANDA-NEWS. Eurasian Bank has informed KASE that "in accordance with an Order of the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2016 the ministry registered the discontinuation of operations of joint-stock company EU Bank reorganized by merger with joint-stock company Eurasian Bank, with entering corresponding data in the National registry of business identification numbers and the State data base "Legal Entities".
