OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its ‘AA-/ Stable’ credit rating on BKZ Finance LLC considering the support rating of ‘RS3’. The company was assigned NRA’s first-time ‘AA-’ credit rating on Sep. 8 2014. The latest rating action (the ‘AA-/ Stable’ credit rating affirmation based on the support rating of ‘RS3’) was on Sep. 25, 2015.

BKZ Finance LLC specializes in raising debt finance in public markets for enterprises (related parties) engaged in a project to process natural gas into synthetic ammonia and carbamide granules in the Ust-Luga commercial sea port area, eqiupped with a shipping terminal. The project is expected to become a leading enterprise in the Russian nitric acid industry and produce 1.2 million metric tons of carbamide and 350,000 metric tons of commercial ammonia annually.
