UniCredit Bank changes ownership structure
OREANDA-NEWS. UniCredit Bank (PJSC "Ukrsotsbank") changes ownership structure in view of СЕЕ regional management on the group level being transferred from UniCredit Bank Austria AG to UniCredit S. p. A.
It means than the majority of UniCredit Bank (PJSC "Ukrsotsbank") shares – 99.9094% – is now owned by UniCredit S.p.A., Italy.
Note that the planned reorganization of the business on a group level is aimed at simplifying the structure and strengthening the central steering functions, thus having no direct impact on the bank's customers.

The renovated UniCredit Bank was created in December 2013 through integration of two Ukrainian assets of UniCredit Group, which had been operating in the local market since 1997. The integrated bank combined power, solidity and wide coverage of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" with the European expertise, quality of service and flexibility of PJSC "UniCredit Bank".
The extensive retail network of UniCredit Bank consists of 237 branches nationwide, its headcount reaching over 5,200 employees, all of them top qualified specialists.
