According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C00160016 of the bank makes up 160,240 units;

- 34,890 common shares of the bank are outstanding;

- the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is HOME CREDIT AND FINANCE BANK (Moscow, Russian Federation).
