OREANDA-NEWS. Moody's Investors Service has published an updated methodology for rating US municipal joint action agencies, replacing the version from October 3, 2012.

Moody's has removed some outdated references and certain issuer-specific information as well as updated some scorecard-specific text. There were no substantive changes made to the methodology and there is no impact on current outstanding ratings as a result.
