OREANDA-NEWS. Tsesnabank (Astana) (the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 28, 2016 on approval of the report on results of offering of the Bank's shares.

According to the letter provided:

- National Bank approved the report on the Bank's share offering in the period from January 26 to July 25, 2016;

- as of July 25, 2016, 48,800,000 ordinary shares and 2,500,000 preferred shares of the Bank were placed;

its share capital equaled to KZT71,340,000,000.00.
