OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank and the Government of the Yaroslavl Region signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement was struck during Sochi 2016 international investment forum. The document was signed by CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Herman Gref and Interim Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Dmitry Mironov.

The key areas of cooperation stipulated in the agreement are the implementation of investment projects in the region, development and support of small and medium-sized business, carrying out programmes of infrastructural development, residential construction, reforming housing and public utilities, and financing the regional budget.

The agreement implies the creation of a working group for the realization of investment projects with participation of representatives of Sberbank and the Yaroslavl Region government, as well as the joint participation in federal and regional programmes aimed at the development of the region, and the organisation of training for employees of the regional executive authorities and the population.
