OREANDA-NEWS. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 29, 2016, bonds KZP02Y05F314 (KZ2C00003788; KZT1,000, KZT8.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon 15.0 % APR; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance (Astana) were included in the category "debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector" of KASE official list.

The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.

The mentioned bonds issue is the second one under the second bond program of KazAgroFinance registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on June 9, 2016 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn, and the sixth issue of "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE.
